- Marco / André - (a) The text of the Help/About menu is very philosophical. You should focus better on the topic. -
- Kushtrim - (b) Change the "service" term to "product" in the 1rst sentence of the 2nd paragraph. -
- Kushtrim - (02) The product looks different in the Internet Explorer and the Firefox. There is no pink band in the firefox. -
- Marco - (03) Firefox: we can set date in the future.
- Kushtrim (04) Using Internet Explorer you cannot set date. And the arrows work neither.
- Marco - (05) Give the forecast date and the forecast issues date. These are not similar to the currents date.
--> Do you want me to add the date when the forecast is issued (which is actually at 3:00AM? Wouldn't that be confusing?
- Marco - (06) We suggest to use the "forecast" term instead of the "prediction" in the info bubble.
- Kushtrim - (07) Using Edge the help cannot disappear.
- Marco - (08) After a few minutes we were kicked out from the product. Please find attached the screen shoot. Could you please tell me what it is? It is not the SSO.
I cannot reproduce this on my browsers. I fixed it above a month ago and it kept re-occuring until I cleaned my cache. Kushtrim - does it happen for you?
- Marco - (09) See my major concern in the e-mail. The product cannot forecast anything from 9 to 11 of September, 2017. Then I major historical flare exposed on the Sun. You should improve the tool itself.
- (10) Using Edge you can set the date. However the date of the forecast does not change. Using the arrows it start to change. It might be a feature however we consider this issue as a bug.
